Cookie Policy

Like most websites, we may employ “cookies” or similar technologies on certain pages of our Sites. Cookies facilitate the use of the Sites by saving your preferences. We may also use cookies to provide content tailored to your interests. We may use information collected with cookies to statistically analyze the use of our Sites, and to improve and personalize our content and other offerings.

The types of cookies we may use on our websites include:

  • Session cookies: These temporary cookies expire and are automatically deleted whenever you close your browser window. We may use session cookies to give our users access to content and to allow actions such as remembering app information or payments as you are in the process of inserting it.
  • Persistent cookies: These cookies usually have an expiration date in the distant future and remain in your browser until they expire or you delete them manually. We may use persistent cookies to better understand usage patterns so that we can improve our users’ websites. For example, we may use a persistent cookie to associate you with your account or to remember your choices on the Sites.
  • Third-party cookies: We may allow third-party service providers to place cookies on our Sites to provide us with better information about your use of the Sites or demographics or provide services relevant to you. These third parties may collect information about a user’s online activities over time and on different websites when he or she uses our Site. For example, we may use a third-party tool to analyze patterns of use of the Sites. Such a tool may generate a cookie to capture information about your use of the Sites that the third-party provider uses to compile reports on website activity for us and provide other related services. The third-party provider may use a portion of your IP address to identify your cookie. We do not control the use of third party cookies or the resulting information and are not responsible for any actions or policies of such third parties. In particular, our sites may use Google Analytics to collect and process data. For more information about Google Analytics, see Google’s privacy policy and Google Analytics help pages (located in https://support.google.com/analytics/?hl=en#topic=3544906). To not be tracked by Google Analytics on all websites, visit  https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.

When you first access our websites from certain jurisdictions, you will receive a message advising that cookies and similar technologies are in use. By clicking “accept cookies”, closing the message or continuing browsing the Site, you mean that you understand and agree to the use of these technologies as described in this Cookie Policy.

You do not need to accept cookies and consent may be withdrawn at any time. If you prefer not to receive cookies through our Sites, you may configure your browser to reject all cookies, to allow only “trusted” websites to set them, or to accept only cookies from those sites on which you are currently. Unless you have adjusted your browser setting to refuse cookies, our system may issue cookies when you log in to our websites. If your browser is set to reject cookies, or if your browser notifies you that you are about to receive a cookie and reject it, then the use of our Sites may not be as efficient as it would be if the cookie were enabled, and some parts of the Sites may not work.

In addition to cookies, we may use other technologies to recognize and track visitors to the Sites. A web beacon (also known as “tracking pixel” or “clear GIF”) is a clear graphic image (typically a one-pixel tag) that is delivered through a web browser or HTML email, typically in conjunction with a cookie.

Web beacons allow us, for example, to monitor how users move from one page within our websites to another, to track access to our communications, to understand whether users came to our sites from an online ad displayed on a third-party website, to measure how ads were viewed and improve website performance.

We don’t use technology that recognizes a “do not track” signal from your browser, because we don’t track users other than for aggregate statistical purposes.
